Quality
The facility, which is part of the Latteria Montello dairy,
produces and sells pasta products under the "Nonna
Rina" label. Stuffed and speciality gnocchi, crespelle and cannelloni.
It employs cutting-edge systems whilst retaining the artisan style of the traditional
"cold" process. This means gnocchi have the same goodness and naturalness
that they have always been known for.

The facility has been awarded the EEC Health Mark and has pursued
voluntary certification to show conformity to ISO 9001:2000 standards and to the
3 March 2003 version of the BRC standard and the 4 January 2004 version of the
IFS standard.
It applies self-inspection as provided for by legislative decree 155 - while HACCPs
are kept updated and monitored by the public health department.
