Soft, fine pasta with a golden colour wrapped around excellent
mushroom and spinach fillings. These are the cannelloni, which complete the parade
of Nonna Rina starters, for the joy of the table and satisfaction of the consumer.
Nonna Rina stuffed cannelloni can be cooked in a frying pan,
with melted butter and grated parmesan, or placed in a microwave or traditional
oven, flavoured with a generous helping of béchamel sauce.
